The Design Experience
Planning your wedding day is an exciting time with lots of decisions. I want you to feel special, relaxed and confident that you have chosen a highly experienced wedding cake artist who will guide you through the design process and who will create a stunning, elegant centrepiece with a flawless finish, created entirely and exclusively to you.

THE EXPERIENCE
Once you've confirmed your date and venue you can get in touch by completing the contact form. I will then send you my Services Brochure which provides some more information as well as some follow-up questions enabling me to get an understanding of the style of your wedding and the kind of cake you'd prefer.
THE PROCESS
STEP ONE
We will then arrange your design consultation, an informal chat in person, via video or phone call so we can get to know each other. At the consultation we will cover colours, themes, your big ideas and the smaller details. We'll discuss tones, texture, your venue, your beautiful floral choices, stationery and of course, wedding cake flavours. It's all these elements that when combined collectively make your dream wedding. If you'd then like to move ahead and secure your date, you can do so with payment of your £100.00 non-refundable booking fee.
I will then go away and put together your personalised brochure which includes a mood board, design inspiration and a selection of digital designs based on the information you've provided.
STEP TWO
Now it's time for the really fun bit, trying some cake!
I will arrange for you to receive your complementary Cake Sample Box (for weddings over £550.00) which contains a selection of 6 cake flavours for you to try in the comfort of your own home.
Should you wish to try my flavours before booking your wedding cake with me, the cost for a sample box is £30 and can be ordered via email at hello@samanthaboon.com
STEP THREE
I provide a full delivery and set-up service at your venue. I will liaise with your wedding coordinator directly to arrange this. I will set-up your finished cake and provide any extra styling to the cake table as agreed with you. All allergen and cake and cutting information will be handed to your catering team or wedding coordinator at your venue. All you have to do is relax and enjoy your special day knowing that your wedding cake has been delivered and is looking stunning.
