I am passionate about taste and believe that your wedding cake should create memories of deliciousness and meaningful moments of connection for you and your guests.

Taste begins with ingredients.  My aim is to always produce delicious flavours for my client's and each cake is made using only the best ingredients sourced from local suppliers where possible.   

I value quality ingredients, and use the highest quality butter, free range eggs, flour and sugar, the finest Belgian Chocolate, Swiss fondant icing, Madagascan Vanilla and seasonal fruits where available.





My wedding menu is a careful selection of delicious and much-loved flavours. You can be certain that whichever flavours you choose will delight your guests.



All my cakes, biscuits and sweet treats are produced in an environment where gluten, nuts, milk and eggs are present.  Therefore, I cannot guarantee that a product will be 100% free-from.

My cake tiers contain four layers of delicious sponge with three alternate layers of filling. Each individual fondant tier is at least 5 inches deep and coated in a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache, with a final layer of luxury Swiss fondant icing to enable me to achieve that perfect finish and crisp, sharp edges.

 CLASSIC Vanilla & Raspberry/Strawberry/
Blackcurrant

Madagascan vanilla sponge layered with strawberry, raspberry or blackcurrant preserve and smooth Swiss meringue vanilla buttercream covered in a luxurious layer of white chocolate ganache, with a final layer of delicious Swiss fondant icing.

 Lemon 

Zesty lemon sponge infused with a fresh lemon syrup, delicious tangy lemon curd and layered with a zesty lemon Swiss meringue buttercream, covered in decadent white chocolate ganache and a final layer of delicious Swiss fondant icing.

Lemon & Blueberry

 A light, moist lemon sponge with fresh lemon zest and sweet blueberries, filled with a delicious blueberry preserve with either a blueberry or lemon buttercream, covered with luxurious white chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing. 

Champagne and Strawberry

Madagascan vanilla sponge drizzled with luxurious Marc du Champagne liquor syrup, filled with a silky smooth Swiss meringue buttercream and a sweet, delicious champagne strawberry preserve. Covered with a layer of decadent white chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing.

Apple Crumble

Spiced apple, cinnamon and mixed spice sponge with layers of delicious crumble, layered with a blackberry preserve and cinnamon and mixed spice  American buttercream covered with a layer of delicious whiter chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing.


Lemon and Elderflower 

Light, lemon sponge infused with fresh lemon zest, an elderflower syrup drizzle, lemon and elderflower curd and a delicate, silky smooth elderflower Swiss meringue buttercream, covered with a decadent layer of white chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing.


Peach Melba

Madagascan vanilla and raspberry sponge infused with a raspberry syrup and layered with a peach and raspberry Swiss meringue buttercream and delicate peach compote, covered with a layer of smooth white chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing. 

CARROT

Moist, spiced carrot with walnut (optional) cake layered with either a delicious vanilla buttercream or orange zest buttercream for a fruity option, covered with white chocolate ganache and luxury Swiss fondant icing.


WHITE CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY

Moist white chocolate and raspberry sponge cake drizzled with a fruity raspberry syrup and layered with a white chocolate ganache buttercream and a fruity raspberry preserve, covered with white chocolate ganache and a final layer of delicious Swiss fondant icing.

CHOCOLATE, CARAMEL & TOFFEE

Classic Belgian CHOCOLATE

Classic rich, dark chocolate sponge with either chocolate or vanilla buttercream, covered with white chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing.  

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE COOKIE CRUNCH

A rich, moist, Belgian dark chocolate sponge with crushed Oreo cookies and layered with an Oreo and American vanilla buttercream filling, covered in a layer of white chocolate ganache and Swiss fondant icing.

Belgian CHOCOLATE & HAZELNUT

Dark, moist Belgian Chocolate sponge with a Belgian chocolate American praline buttercream and scattered chopped hazelnuts, covered with a layer of delicious white chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing.

LUXury FRUIT CAKE

Rich, moist brandy soaked fruit cake made with butter, almonds, spices and covered with a delicious white almond marzipan layer and Swiss fondant icing.

STICKY TOFFEE

Deliciously moist Sticky Toffee sponge layered with smooth soft caramel sauce and American caramel buttercream filling, covered with white chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing. 

Moist, tangy, red vanilla cake with a hint of chocolate, paired with American vanilla buttercream, covered with a layer of decadent white chocolate ganache and a final layer of Swiss fondant icing.  

Belgian Chocolate with Dark Chocolate Ganache

Rich, moist, dark Belgian chocolate sponge with a decadent dark Belgian chocolate ganache, covered with a layer of white chocolate ganache and a final layer of fondant icing.

A rich, delicious Belgian chocolate sponge, layered with vanilla buttercream, salty sea flakes and a delicious smooth caramel sauce, covered with a layer of white chocolate ganache and a Swiss fondant icing.
